Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fixed price modification under NAVAIR contract N00019-01-C-0041 for twenty (20) BQM-74E Aerial Targets. NAVAIR intends to negotiate the proposed modification on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Rancho Bernardo, CA. Northrop Grumman is the prime contractor for the production of the BQM-74E. Only Northrop Grumman has the technical expertise, understanding of the BQM-74E system architecture, and access to Northrop Grumman proprietary data necessary to perform the required effort in the time frame required.
