- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue Invitation For Bid (IFB) TIRWR-02-B-00001 for the remodel of courtyards "D" and "E". Project description: The contractor shall furnish all material, transportation, labor and equipment required to remove all existing concrete paving and drainage systems, replace concrete paving, install new drainage systems, planting and irrigation as indicated on project drawings and specifications. This acquisition is 100% set-aside as a HUB-Zone for contractors certified with the Small Business Administration. The applicable NAICS code is 233320. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The small business size standard is $27.5 million. The IFB will be available for release on or about June 28, 2002.
