- INITIAL SCREENING INFORMATION REQUEST (SIR1) The FAA has a requirement for computer-based entry-level employment examination for en route and terminal air traffic controllers. The examination is entitled Air Traffic-Selection and Training (AT-SAT). The attached Statement of Work (SOW) describes the requirement. All interested and responsible vendors may submit a capability statement. Capability statements will be evaluated, based on the evaluation criteria contained herein. A Screening Information Request (SIR/Request for Offers(RFO)) will be issued to only those vendors determined as being most likely to receive contract award. Please submit all documentation by 2:00pm EDT July 9, 2002 to the following address: Federal Aviation Administration Facilities, Technology and Services, ASU-340 800 Independence Avenue, SW, Rm. 406 Washington, DC 20591 ATTN: Ms. Vida Tarpley The FAA will not consider responses received after the deadline.
