Make checks payable to: Department of Veterans Affairs. Specs and drawings can be downloaded, at no charge, at www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about June 26, 2002. Bid opening date will be published in bid documents. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-JUN-2002).
