- NAIC code is U004. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a contract on a sole-source basis to The Training Connection for the Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program. The Training Connection offers the Mentoring Connection?, a web-based delivery system that provides a web-based assessment of mentors and mentees, provides an automatic mentor/mentee matching process, and eases the tracking of the individual mentoring partnerships, providing the ability to track program participation on a long term basis. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
