- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency proposes to award a sole source commercial purchase order with Telcordia Technologies Inc., Morristown, NJ. This acquisition is for the purchase of a subscription renewal of one Telcordia Standards Knowledgebase Basic Software package which provides a suite of both web-based and "live-expert" consulting services that provide state of the art in global telecommunications standards, including technology issue analysis, impact assessments, and strategic recommendations for proactive standards strategies. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2303 (1) -and is solely at the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest to respond to the requirement within 7 days following publication of this notice no later than 2:00 p.m. EST to Eva Johnson, AQN1, (703) 607-6908, Fax (703) 681-0346. Award is anticipated on or about 7 July 02.
