- Solicitation Number SP0450-02-R-2060, ARG02149054604, NSN 6850-00-274-5421 Unit Can is 5 Gallon NET at 60 Deg F. Paper Labels not authorized. Can Interior shall be compatible with contents. NSN 6850-00-285-8011, Cleaning Compound, Solvent Supplemental Instructions: Packaging IAW ASTM-D-3951, New & Unused Drum. Drum Interior shall be compatible with contents. Stencil Markings & Label IAW MIL-STD 129. NSN 6850-00-285-8012, Cleaning Compound, Solvent. Unit Drum is 55 Gallons Net At 60 Degrees F. D.O.T. Class: 3. All NSNs are Commercial/Critical Application Items, QAP 251 applies. Line Items 1, 3, 5, & 6 are 30 Days ARO. Line Items 2,4, & 7 are Direct Vendor Delivery Items with 13 Days ARO. Solicitation is Unrestricted and will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year with an option to extend the terms for an additional 4 years. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the Solicitation. The Solicitation will issue on July 10, 2002 with a closing date of July 31, 2002.
