- Description
- This project consists of the clearing of one tree and excavation of concrete slabs incidentals to construction for picnic tables and floor/footings of ramadas, installation of grill, and construction of short block retaining walls. Furnishing and assembly of one 24-foot ramada and six 12-foot ramadas are bid items in the project. Project is located at Lynx Lake on the Prescott National Forest. Work is expected to start July 15, 2002. Contract time is 39 calendar days. Solicitation will be issued and posted on FedBizOps on or about June 26, 2002 with quotes due on July 11, 2002. Price range is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. The initial synopsis offered this project as a small business set-aside. This modification changes the project to be unrestricted and adds the number of 12-foot ramadas.
