- This is a synopsis/non-competitive solicitation with Schlumberger of Canada. In accordance with FAR 5.203, FAR 12.603 and FAR 13.105, the United States Department of Energy, National Energy Technology Laboratory is purchasing a complete suite of well logs in digital (LAS Format) and printed copy. The logs are from the Mallik Wells drilled onthe Mackenzie Delta, NWT, Canada. Schlumberger of Canada was the sole well logging company obtaining the data and the data is only available from Schlumberger of Canada for the Mallik 3L-38, 4L-38, and 5L-38 Wells.
