- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Program Support Center is soliciting proposals from ONLY the fourteen (14) National Centers of Excellence in Women's Health (CoEs) and seven (7) National Community Centers of Excellence in Women's Health (CCOEs) to (a) determine the difference in diabetes control with blood glucose monitoring via fingerstick versus an alternative site, (b) quantify the differences in daily blood glucose levels, and (c) identify factors that contribute to clinically significant differences in glucose levels. The term of this requirement is anticipated to be 18 months. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued to ONLY the 14 CoEs and 7 CCOEs. The RFP will be available approximately 15 days after issuance of this notice. The closing date will be approximately 30 days after issuance of the RFP. This requirement has been justified in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(d). See Numbered Note 22.
