- Description
- The Coast Guard intends to issue a Request for Proposal for Development of temporary office and shop spaces, including provision of trailers and associated utilities. Demolition of four existing buildings, totaling approximately 12,500 gsf, including disposal of hazardous materials. Construction of new two-story office, shop, and storage building of approximately 21,500 gsf, including associated utilities, site improvements, and landscaping. Remodeling of approximately 6,000 gsf of existing office and storage space for use as a carpentry shop. The place of performance will be U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command (ISC) Honolulu, Sand Island, Oahu, Hawaii. Contract duration is 450 days. The Government Estimate range is $5 to $10 million. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government based on price and past performance.
