- Description
- Provide three (3) full time phlebotomists to work staggered 8-hour tours of duty, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) to provide treatment to eligible veterans at the VA Greenville Outpatient Clinic located in Greenville, South Carolina, for the period October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003, with four one-year options to extend. Contractor to provide a full range of phlebotomy procedures, on site, using Government furnished facilities, equipment and supplies. Offeror must provide evidence of at least 24 months experience or a national or state recognized certification as a phlebotomist and evidence of current certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers; American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Course; or American Red Cross CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) for the Professional Rescuer; or equivalent. The anticipated issue date is June 12, 2002. Request for hard copy solicitation and/or inquiries must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and will be accepted by fax at 706-481-6741.
