- Description
- Contractor to provide Orthotic supplies and Services to the Department of Veterns Affairs Medical Center, Prosthetics and Sensory Aids Service, 500 West Fort Street, Boise, ID. Contract will be for one year from date of award with two option years to renew. Requirement is 100% set aside for small business, NAICS Code 339113 and 500 employees applies. Requests for solicitation documents must be in writing on company letterhead including telephone and fax numbers and point of contact. Request and may be by fax at (208) 422-1139. No electronic proposals will be accepted. All offers received from responsible sources will be considered.
