- Description
- Conduct survey of VA clinical facilities in New England to determine compliance with NFPA 101, Life Safety Code Edition 2000. Deviations from NFPA 101 will be identified and listed by type so a plan for improvement can be developed. The following data will be presented in the four-part JCAHO format for tracking status in a database. Part 1 Introduction, Part II Basic Building Information, Part III Life Safety Assessment, Part IV Plan for Improvement forms. All work shall be completed three months after award. A/E firms who meet the above requirements are invited to submit their SF 254/255's to demonstrate their qualifications to perform this work. Responses due back by July 10, 2002. This is not a request for a proposal.
