Description

NA The Government intends to award a contract to Helipro Vector Aerospace, Rte 3 Box 584, Andalusia, AL 36420 for three (3) each Fin Spar Kits. Contractor must be US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) approved and an authorized Bell Helicopter license repair facility. Delivery address for these kits is the Connecticut Aviation Classification and Repair Activity Depot, 139 T ower Avenue, Groton-New London Airport, Groton, CT 06340. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded to Helipro Vector under the ?Other than Full and Open Competition? procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). All qualified sou rces must respond in writing no later than 2PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 12 July 2002. Kits offered must be equivalent to Helipro Vector?s part #DM 0011 D01-05CT in addition to required approval above. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is available to day at he following website: http://www.ct.ngb.army.mil/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp.
