NA The Government intends to issue a solicitation/award for LODGING SERVICES AT DUGWAY PROVING GROUNDS, DUGWAY, UT AREA as follows: Item 0001: LODGING ROOM Quantity: 1 Each. Duration: 7/12/02 through 11/25/02; Item 0002: LODGING ROOMS. Quantity: 5 Each . Duration: 7/15/02 through 11/15/02; Item 0003: LODGING ROOM. Quantity: 1 Each. Duration: 7/21/02 through 8/15/02; Item 0004: LODGING ROOM. Quantity: 1 Each. Duration: 7/21/02 through 11/22/02; Item 0005: LODGING ROOM. Quantity: 1 Each. Duratio n: 8/1/02 through 11/15/02; Item 0006: LODGING ROOM. Quantity: 1 Each. Duration: 8/1/02 through 11/25/02; Item 0007: LODGING ROOMS. Quantity: 2 Each. Duration: 8/18/02 through 11/22/02. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items p repared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. P rovisions at FAR 52.212-2, Instructions to Offers-Commercial and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items apply. Award will be based on the best value to the Government, which includes room rate, extended stay facilities such as in roo m refrigerators and microwaves, reasonable commuting distance to and from Dugway Proving Grounds. The Government reserves the right to shift lodging dates or cancel completely NLT 5 days prior to 12 July 2002. Payment shall be based on occupancy only. Of ferors need to include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer (registered in the Central Contractor Registration, DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax ID Number). The sta tement at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statues of Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
