- Description
- The contractor will develop a comprehensive, public affairs/outreach campaign, lasting 12 months (beginning August 1, 2002), to focus public/media attention on the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) Centennial and Refuges in Region 3. The campaign will include:A series of 6 news releases and 6 feature stories. Two special media events. At least two other appropriate public affairs activities. The contractor will develop a plan and time-line for these activities. Project Requirements: Effective promotion of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) National Wildlife Refuge Centennial Celebration in Region 3 will require a contractor with specific, specialized skills and expertise.
