- Notice of intent to award purchase order to Hanchett Engineering Associates for the 6th in a series of Security Seals Symposium for the Department of Defense (DoD) Lock Program. Procurement requires the contractor be well versed in historic and comtemporary issues concerning safety engineering and the security industry, with particular emphasis on security seals. Services require the preparation of promotional literature, arranging the symposium speakers/discussion panelists, coordinating vendor stations, and acting as conference chair and moderator. See Note 22.
