- This synopsis is for clarification of the initial Presolicitation notice. The mail room services acquisition shall be solicited as an 8(a) Set-Aside. The NAICS Code for the acquisition is 561990 $6.0 million. The requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act. Our department no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
