Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice: Region 4 SDI Contract. Hubzone Contractor Qualification Submission Requirements. The Government is seeking to provide management, supervision, manpower, equipment for the Spatial Data Integrity services. The services consist of Base Architectural and Assignment Drawings (from field measurement); Assignment Drawings (from existing base architectural CAD Drawings); CAFM System Population; Spatial Data Maintenance; Space Audit; Space Audit Recapture; ABT Walkthru; and Training and Technical Support. Contractor shall submit documentation of their experience and qualifications in the following areas: (1) Knowledge of Building construction (2) Knowledge of ANSI/BOMA (3) Knowledge of PB Space Classification and Assignment Criteria (4) Knowledge of AutoCAD, CADPlus, InfoEngine, and FIS CAFM. (5) LAN Connection: Must provide a T1 line to the PBS LAN for electronic communication and have an e-mail system in order to receive correspondence. (6)Have adequate staff to perform the SDI Services.The term is one year with for additional one year options. Please provide your information by July 12, 2002.
