- U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is requesting proposals from firms interested in managing the Federal Duck Stamp Licensing Program. The Federal Duck Stamp Licensing Program is a progressive and unique Government program which forms partnerships with businesses, to create and market products, and generate revenue for the Migratory Bird Conservation Fund. The USFWS has licensed the Federal Duck Stamps on an array of duck stamp products such as commemorative knives and clocks, and collectibles such as lapel pins, t-shirts, caps, mugs, mouse pads, cotton throws, calendars, checks, stained glass designs, etc. The Federal Duck Stamp Licensed products are advertised in a variety of major outdoor, hunting and conservation catalogs (Ducks Unlimited) and sold at K-Mart, Wal-Mart, J.C.
