Description

Notice of Intent to sole source with CCC Network Systems of Hicksville, NY for the maintenance on server farm. The reason for the sole source is the company's proprietary hardware and software makes up the system. Maintenance includes replacement of faulty parts and no additional cost for supplied hardware. Telephone coverage is available 24 x7 x 365 under their silver support service option. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, Proposals received by the closing date above will be considered by the Goverment. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
