Description

This project consists of the removal of fills and/or culverts on the following roads to be decommissioned: Forest Roads #3230, #3230-900, #3231 and #3231-111. The project is located on the Waldport Ranger District, Siuslaw National Forest, Lane County, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. The Government estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. A Bid Guarantee is required, the successful contractor shall also be required to submit Performance and Payment Bonds (100% each) prior to start of work. Contract time is 110 calendar days. Estimated start work date is July 8, 2002. This solicitation is a Total Hubzone set-aside. (The solicitation packet will be posted in FedBizOpps on or about May 3, 2002.)
