Description

The Federal Correctional Institution, Marianna, Florida, is seeking a Computer Applications V.T. Instructor. Offerors must be a qualified teacher, certified by any State Department Of Education and/or have training and experience commensurate with the subject area. A teaching knowledge of WordPerfect, Lotus 1-2-3, DBase 5.0 and Digital Publishing is required. The resulting contract will be for a base period, not to exceed twelve months, with two one-year option periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of the government. The number of three hour sessions per year is estimated at 416, depending on the actual date of award and the availability of funds. The solicitation will be available on or around July 1, 2002 and will be distributed through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site hppt://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed unless determined by the contracting officer to be in the best interest of the government.
