- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work for Roof Replacement, Bldg 303- Burger King on Goodfellow AFB, Texas. The work shall consist of, but not limited to, removing existing single-ply rubber roofing and install new roof insulation, flashing, 3 ply Built Up Roof with cap roofing, and replace damaged existing plywood decking and install asphalt impregnated roof walk boards from roof hatch to 3ea roof mounted condensing units. NAICS code for this acquisition is 235610 and the size standard is $11.5 million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Emerging Small Business Concerns. The magnitude of this project is under $25,000. The anticipated proposal due date is 9 Jul 02 with anticipated award date of 15 Jul 02. In accordance with FAR 52.236-27 Quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. The anticipated date for a site visit is 2 Jul 02 at 9:00 in Building 707 (17th Contracting Squadron-Construction Flight Conference Room). Access to the site will be limited to the organized site visit only. The solicitation will be available via FedBizOpps website. The exact date of the site visit and proposal due date will be shown in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) when posted on or about 27 Jun 02.
