Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. DAHA45-02-T0044 is issued as request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This acquisition wi ll be a Small Business Set-Aside, NAICS code,421410. Size standard standards apply to each individual NAICS according to FAR 19.102. CLIN 0001; Qty: 1system, ?Professional video systems installation service in order to install a new video teleconferencing system (VTC). System to include: Dual monitor display, cameras connected to existing communications circuits and cryptographic equipment, audio equipment, video control equipment, projectors and mirrors, and full installation. System will be used with ISDN lines. System is for point-to-point use, with one viewing point. Contact below individuals to arrange a site visit in order to preview the job/installation area, or to ask questions related to the RFQ. Delivery will be FOB McChord AFB, WA. Delivery Tim e is 60 Days ARO. The following Provisions apply to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 2000). All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COM MERCIAL ITEMS (MAY 2002). The Clause at 52.212-4, CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (FEB 2002) applies to this acquisition. 52.212-4 is amended to replace FAR clause 52.232-33 Mandatory Information For Electronic Funds Transfer Payment with DOD FAR 252.232-33 Payment By Electronic Funds Transfer (CCR) (MAY 1999) applies to this acquisition.
