Description

NA This is a modification of notice dated March 15, 2002. Remove and replace transformer bank #5 oil cooler heat exchangers plus a spare tube bundle at Bull Shoals Powerhouse in Lakeview, Arkansas. The solicitation has been amended from small business set-a side to UNRESTRICTED. This solicitation is now open to both large and small businesses. Solicitation will be on Compact Disk (CD-Rom) and provided free of charge. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves t he right to revert to paper when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents require for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not b e allowed. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 20 March 2002. Solicitation will be made available upon registration at the Little Rock Contracting Division internet website at http://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil
