- NA USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the work to prioritize types of ranges by their degree of risk, to assess the impacts of that risk, and to identify mitigation strategies within the structure of the risk matrix. This work will involve a review of the draft risk assessment model and related environmental literature, as well as knowledge of Army range design and operation. The product of this work is a report detailing the parameters developed for the risk matrix. The perio d of service will be no later than 30 September 2002. This proposed procurement is advertised for 100% small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed-price purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for DACA42-02-T0138 wil l be issued on or about 15 July 2002 with a closing date of 26 July 2002.
