Description

NA Work consists of clearing and grubbing and disposal of trees, snags, logs, brush, stumps, shrubs, and rubbish from the area where the earthern dam shall be constructed. Work consists of the construction of earth embankments, other earthfills, and earth ba ck fills. Earthfill is composed of natural earth materials that can be placed and compacted by construction equipment. Earth backfill is composed of natural earth materials placed and compacted in confined spaces or adjacent to structures (including pipe s) by hand tamping, manually directed power tampers or vibrating plates, or their equivalent. Cast-In-Place Concrete, provide all labor, materials, equipment and services required to reinforce and place the cast-in-place concrete. Riprap, grading and fil ling of outlet with riprap for protection of the spillway. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The period of performance is 180 calendar days. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ?Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988? and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Busine ss size, NAICS 234990 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $28.5 million.
