Description: NA The Military District of Washington Acquisition Center, Construction Branch is seeking sources to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to install new elevators and handicapped ramps to buildings 2234 and 4217 for the Di rectorate of Public Works at Fort Meade, Maryland. All work shall be strictly in accordance with the applicable drawings and specifications and the terms and conditions required by the contract. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated. The completion per iod is 365-days from the issuance of a notice to proceed. Estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000; however a portion of this requirement is being issued subject-to-the-availability of funds. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Project is open to Small Business only. The NAICS Code for this project is 235950. To be a small business for this procurement, a company?s annual average gross revenue for the last 3 fiscal years cannot exceed $12.0.Million. To be considered for award, a small b usiness must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (see WWW.CCR.GOV).
