- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for the renovation of a garage and chemical bunkers at the Upper Midwest Environmental Sciences Center (UMESC) in La Crosse, WI. The project is broken up into three phases. Phase 1- the north half of the garage, Phase 2- the chemical bunkers, and Phase 3- the south half of the garage. The solicitation will use the additive pricing format as follows with Phase 1 the base item: Phase 1 - The north half of the garage shall be reconfigured per the plans and specifications to provide for office occupancy. Demolition includes the existing HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, overhead doors, and preparation of wall and floor surfaces for finish work.
