The technical data supporting the project is exclusive to Science and Applied Technology, Inc. under SBIR data rights clauses, and the configurations must be compatible to existing systems. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Responses to this intent to solicit, other than from the source listed, will be required to submit information to verify their prior experience in the development of the AGM-88B/C/D/E missile Short Rounds and Control Sections. These responses shall be submitted in writing to the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Code 210000D, Attn: Linda Long, China Lake, CA 93555-6100.
