Description: The Securities and Exchange Commission intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competitive basis with Reuters for a real-time and historical comprehensive financial information systems for the U.S. and international financial markets, as well as analytical capabilities. An annual subscription with four one-year options is anticipated. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to provide this service, which shall be considered by the agency. See note #22.
