- Description
- The USDA Forest Service Region 2 has a requirement for the services of bird monitoring. The project requires providing information on the status of bird population trends, including, but not limited to, Forest Service Sensitive Species, Management Indicator Species, Neotropical Migratory birds and other birds including threatened and endangered species. The monitoring needs to be conducted on a statewide (Wyoming) scale for purposes of trend analysis, correspond to nationally developed protocols and professional standards, and demonstrate statistical validity. This Request for quotation is designated as an open and unrestricted competition. This contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract with a Base and 4 option years. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to complete the work described in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the contract.
