- SIR DTFA03-02-R-00025 is hereby issued. SEE ATTACHMENT The William J. Hughes Technical Center located adjacent to the Atlantic City International Airport, NJ is soliciting offers for the development of a decision support system (DSS) plan. The DSS services required include: 1) a plan to serve as a roadmap for the design and development of the DSS and 2) a conceptual model of what a DSS could look like for the Flight Services Division. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be awarded. The period of performance will be 18 weeks and offerors will be required to submit an acceptable resume for a Human Factors specialist to be considered for award. This requirement is a full and open competition. The NAICS code is 541710 - 500 employees. The FAA's Screening Information Request (SIR) will be posted on this web page on or about June 27, 2002.
