Description
DESCRIPTION: NSN: 2510009362287, COVER, DRIVER'S HATCH made in accordance with Army drawing (19207) 8756697 and all current related data. Solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract with an estimated annual quantity of 150 each. Destination will be stipulated on each individual delivery order. Pricing will be within 2 zones in CONUS. DVD quantities will also be limited to CONUS destinations. Delivery is up to 110 in 120 days and 25 each every 30 days thereafter if y necessary. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. See Note: 1 and 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 17 JULY 2002 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Availability of drawings: It is impracticable to distribute the applicable drawings with the solicitation. The applicable drawings are available at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. If the drawings are not posted at this web site, see Clause L07 ?Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
