Description

The Food and Drug Administration, Center for Veterinary Medicine intends to award on a sole source basis to Thomas Donker, Arlington, VA, for the period of one year for professional services to support Pulse Net Image Analysis and Database operations. The duties will included: providing DNA pattern recognition analytical services in support of the Pulse Net surveillance activities; setting up the BioNumerics software-based pattern recognition system; maintaining all components of the system and ensuring that the system performs seamlessly with the central one. Knowledge of old and new protocols is needed. This award will be done using the Simplified Acquisition procedures. A solicitation document is not available. The following FAR Clauses shall apply to this solicitation 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; 52.213-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and 52.232-33 Electronic Funds Transfers.
