Description: See Note 22. The FBI is currently negotiating with Daniel, Mann, Johnson, Mendenhall/Homes & Narver (DMJMHN) of Arlington, Virginia, on a sole-source basis, for a follow-on contract for Architect, Engineering and Planning services for various on-going requirements at the FBI's Headquarters Facility. The AEP services are relevant to on-going renovation projects required to maintain efficient utilization of FBI facilities and operations. DMJMHN will continue to furnish construction administration services and AEP support services for the FBI's Training facility located at Quantico, Virginia. This effort is not expected to exceed three (3) years. See Note 22.
