- This is a sources sought announcement for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A solicitation may be issued at a later date and proposals may be requested at that time. This announcement is issued as a sources sought. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-07. The associated NAICS code is 322233. The following services are required: 1) 6250 MX of item ID 9993 paper ? Earnings and Leave Z-fold 8.5? x 11? (21.59cm x 27.94cm). Cut sheet specifications in possession of Moore Business forms. Cohesive used will be TN124F cohesive; paperweight will be 28lb paper. Variation of +/- 10% applies. 1000 per MX. Please refer to ?Earnings and Leave Specifications? document. 2) 400MX item ID 10022 paper ? W2 V-fold, with two clean edge laser perforations. Specifications in possession of Moore Business Forms. Paperweight will be 28lb. Variation of +/- 10% applies. 1000 per MX. Please refer to ?W2 Specifications? document. Delivery of services to be provided at The US Department of Veterans Affairs, Austin Automation Center, 1615 Woodward, Austin, Texas, 78741.
