Description
This is a fixed-price contract for Sustaining Engineering Services to develop, build, and test two prototype tactical enclosures for the Codem Systems TTI-500 used with the AN/TRC-170. Delivery: September 2002. Destination: 117th ACS, Hunter Army Airfield, GA. The approximate issue date will be: 12 July 2002 with the approximate response date of 12 August 2002. NAICS Code 334220 (750 employees). SOLE SOURCE to: Codem Systems, Inc., 7 Executive Park Drive, Merrimack, NH 03054; CAGE: 2V653 Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The data or the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources are not owned by the Government and it has been determined that it is uneconomical to purchase them or to reverse engineer the part.
