Description

NA Previous notice published on 24 June 2002, and amended on 28 June 2002, is modified to delete references to replacement of military family housing (FY 03 YWGH009404R2). The title is changed to delete this reference. The description of the replacement whi ch begins with 'Replace Military Family Housing - (FY03) may be included...' and ends with '...roadways, lighting, site grading, playgrounds, bike/walkways and neighborhood improvements.' is also deleted. Fully designed renovation and improvement of 164 u nits and an option for demolition of 22 units is still included. Design elements have been deleted from the requirements. Technical evaluation factors will change as a result and may be found in the solicitation when released.
