Description
Furnish on-call intermittent helicopter services using 2 MD500s or equal. Aircraft are to be operated and maintained by the contractor for the benefit of the National Park Service, Hawaii. Work will be performed in the Haleakala National Park, East Maui watershed areas for 1 week periods beginning in approximately August. Work will consist of aerial spraying, low-level reconnaissance and transportation of personnel. Contract is for a one year period. The Contractor will be required to hold a current Federal Aviation Administration air carrier and operating certificate for the category and class of aircraft required under the contract. They will also be required to be certificated under 14 CFR, Part 133, Rotorcraft External-Load Operations and Part 137, Agricultural Aircraft Operations.
