- Concerns having the ability to furnish the supplies described here are requested to give written notification (including the telephone number for a point to contact) to the procuring office above within 45 days from the date of this synopsis. The U.S. Geological Survey, in order to continue it's applied research in the application of DC-resistivity and IP in solving unique and varied geologic problems, has a requirement for a DC-resistivity/IP system which must meet the following specifications: 1. Simultaneous 8-channel receiving capability 2. Output power of 200W 3. Multi-Channel dual mode automatic multi-electrode cables 4. Allows use of both electrode stakes and non-polarizable pots simultaneously on the same cable 5.
