Modification No. M001 is issued to Solicitation Number EMV-2002-RQ-0028 to incorporate the Statement of Work into the solicitation package, to verify the Offer Due Date, and to provide further information / clarification to the solicitation. A. The Statement of Work is attached. B. The Offer Due Date is 07/08/02 at 4:00 p.m. EST. C. The service wage rates referenced in item 20 of the Standard Form 1449 may be viewed at www.servicecontract.fedworld.gov/. D. Clarification is provided as follows for items 001 through 009 of Section A.1 PRICE/COST SCHEDULE: [1] the "on-site" hourly rate is the rate charged for work performed at the contractor's location; [2] the "off-site" hourly rate is the rate charged for work performed at the Government's facility.
