Description: The United States Postal Service (USPS) has a requirement to lease Information Based Indicia (IBI) compliant meters and scales with data capture abilities. Interested offerors are directed to the Request for Proposal (RFP) included in the FedBizOpps announcement. The due date for submission to this RFP, is July 19, 2002 at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Questions for this RFP are to be submitted electronically to the e-mail address as listed in the announcement and are due by July 9, 2002 at 9:00 A.M EST.
