Description

This modification is hereby modifying a previous notice posted on June 7, 2002. The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), Bethesda, MD will replace the BD LSR 3 Laser System and G4, Facstation and all associated components with a BD LSR II Cytometer and all associated components from the manufacturere Becton Dickson Biosciences to be furnished and installed at the USUHS. The cytometer provides the simultaneous capability to detect four-colors off the 488NM laser, two-colors off the 638NM laser. OPTICS: Fiber coupled collection. LASERS: Solid state, 488NM: Coherent Sapphire, 638NM: Coherent Redflame; Electronics: PC Acquisition Workstation. Able to perform real-time or offline compensation between any parameter. Ability to threshold on any channel using Boolean Logic (if required). (1) CUSTOM BD LSR II CYTOMETER(cat. # 331468); (2) UV LASER OPTION (cat. # 331468)
