Description

B--The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspections Service (APHIS), Office of the Administrator is seeking the services of a Veterinarian employed by a College of Veterinary Medicine to conduct a comprehensive review and evaluation of current Veterinary Accreditation training and relevant Foreign Animal Disease (FAD) instruction at each College of Veterinary Medicine in the United States and establish baseline data for future training. Project to be completed within 12 months following date of award. This procurement is set aside 100% for a small business. This is a firm-fixed price contract. It is anticipated that the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted to the USDA, APHIS, Minneapolis World Wide Web Site at the following address: www.aphis.gov/mpls/contracts/cbd.html on or about July 22, 2002. The Government intends to provide the solicitation (its attachments) and al amendments via this web site only. NOTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENTS. IT IS THE QUOTER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEB SITE PERIODICALLY FOR UPDATES. A hard copy solicitation will not be provided unless specifically requested in writing via facsimile to ?Contracting Section' at Area Code 612/370-2106. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
