Description: Scheduled Performance Date: 1 Oct 2002 through 30 Sep 2003 with four (4) one year options Description: Lease of 35 metric ton railway tank cars (12,617 U.S. gallon liquid loading capacity/110 each per month) in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the solicitation and applicable Japanese Government laws and trade practices. Tank cars shall be suitable for transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil and aviation fuels. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
