Description

NA It is the Government's intent to acquire a fully operational Contractor Delivery System (CDS) Methods, Plans and Procedures to maintain a 90% readiness rate for the Sentinel Radar System worldwide. This contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP)with performa nce adjustments for the majority of the basic and option requirements. Authority Cited: Statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by paragraphs 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled - Only one responsible source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition will be issued to Raytheon Systems Company, sole sourc e, P.O. Box 902, El Segundo, CA 90245-0902.
