Description

General Services Administration has a requirement for trash and recycling services at the Mark O. Hatfield Courthouse in Portland, Oregon, in accordance with Government specifications. Far Part 12 (Commercial Items)will be used for this procurement. Contract term is anticipated to begin on October 6, 2002 through October 5, 2003, with Four 1-year option periods. Estimated date for issuance will be August 7, 2002. Wages must be paid in conformance with the Service Contract Act. DOL Wage Determination 1994-2441 will be used ($9.10 per hour with $2.15 per hour for health and welfare). All responsible sources may submit offers which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
